CCP is looking for experienced developers to work within the Eve Online and Core Technology groups to deliver Quality Assurance expertise in creating test support systems and tools. Suitable candidates will have considerable experience in all areas of testing, including component tests, system automation tests, load tests, black box and white box testing, benchmark tools, agile process integration and process improvement. Detailed knowledge of network testing is seen as a significant advantage.
Required skills:
- 3+ years of programming experience
- Excellent C++ experience and scripting
- Network programming knowledge
- Good communication and documentation skills in English
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Server environment
- Ability to work independently while still being part of the team
Secondary/Specialist Skills:
- DirectX experience
- Distributed Computing experience
- MS SQL knowledge and experience
- SCRUM methodology experience
- Performance testing and benchmarking
- Integration of distinct environments
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Good problem solving skills
