CCP is looking for a manager of the Customer Acquisition. The head of the Customer Acquisition functional team will develop the overall Customer Acquisition plan for CCP and its products, report to the CMO ,set the strategic and tactical goals for marketing staff working on Customer Acquisition projects, including: Consumer advertising (internet, print & mass media), Direct mail (electronic & surface), Events & Exhibitions, Promotions, Merchandising. The Lead of the Customer Acquisition functional team will work to maximize the impact of the company's marketing budget. The team will devise innovative ways to reach our target audience with effective calls to action which generate a steadily increasing stream of new business. The Customer Acquisition functional team will be an incubator of new marketing talent for the entire marketing team, recruiting and developing an effective and experienced group of people who can tackle the challenges implicit in continuing to drive the success of EVE today, and of launching the World of Darkness MMO in the future. Responsibilities

• Determine the necessary budget to achieve the annual objectives for Customer Acquisition and work closely with the Marketing Project Management team, and the Regional Office teams to allocate that budget appropriately
• Identify needed staffing to achieve the goals of the Customer Acquisition team, and recruit high quality recruits to fill the team
• Provide strategic guidance to all individuals engaged in Customer Acquisition activities across all of CCP's operations
• Very Participate in performance reviews of marketing team staff who work on Customer Acquisition projects Requirements and Skills Required
