QA Tech Lead

The QA Tech Lead will be responsible for analyzing test needs based on code analysis, assisting in the specification and acceptance testing of testing tools and systems, creation of automated testing frameworks, refining test plans and scripts, assistance in streamlining testing processes, leading test efforts in highly technical areas and developing innovative testing procedures in a very dynamic environment.

Required skills :

5+ years of QA experience

  • Excellent C++ experience and scripting
  • Network programming knowledge and experience
  • Extensive experience in test automation
  • Good communication and documentation skills in English
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Server environment
  • Leadership skills
  • Responsibilities :

  • Detailed technical code and database analysis
  • Creation of automated test framework and test scripts
  • Analysis of testing requirements for specific issues and review of test plans for appropriate coverage
  • White box, platform, and performance test planning and implementation
  • Assistance in test planning, processes and management
  • Test tool and lab refinement and streamlining
  • Project management
