CCP is looking for an enthusiastic customer service oriented individual to apply to the Iceland office for the position of German speaking Game Master to work on the popular and ground-breaking online world EVE Online. Successful candidates will have the chance to work with players of the EVE universe, interacting with foreigners and local player-bases alike, in an ever-changing, fluid environment.

As a Game Master, selected individuals will have the responsibility of helping individual players in game as well as be responsible for the general function of many aspects of our online world. Starting the game
Account problems
In-game issues
Community relations
Game client issues
Testing
Other projects as they come up
Candidates with technical background are encourage to apply
Required Experience/Skills:
Excellent fluency in English and German both written and spoken.
Operating knowledge of computers is essential, and an interest in video games is definitely a plus.
Our support center operates 24/7 all year round, and the work entails working in shifts over which the employee has a fair degree of control.
The employee would be expected to work approx. every other weekend or by agreement.
Punctuality, a strong work ethic and a mature outlook is a must.
Needs to be able to start work immediately.
