The IT Manager will be responsible for the operation of CCP's IT department. Responsibilities will include management of 1 or 2 staff, hand-on technical support of 40+ users and 10 internal servers, project management, budgeting, and system design.
Responsibilities include:
End user technical support and troubleshooting
Server, network, and various IT Project Management
Windows 2003/2008 Server and Cisco Networking Support
Staff Management
Budgeting
Licensing
Full service IT department duties
Minimum education and experience required:
Bachelors Degree with MCDBA or 5+ years High level SQL intensive DBA experience
One to five years of progressively complex related experience
Very Advanced English
2 years direct Management of staff in English.
Basic Chinese a plus, but not required.
2 years IT Project Management
5 years direct technical hand-on support
5 years Windows 2003/2008 technical support
2 years Microsoft Exchange server support and implementation
2 years Active Directory support and implementation
1 years Active Directory Scripting
Basic Cisco knowledge and support
