How we hire

CCP operates in a very dynamic environment and things move quickly around here. That means we need to hire effectively. We need people who like challenges, have a positive and curious mindset and think in solutions; we need the right people for CCP. The recruitment process is pretty basic; the first step is normally an interview with a recruiter and maybe one or two phone calls before the candidate is invited for onsite interviews in one of our locations.

How we interview

We’re looking for smart, team-oriented people who get things done. When you interview at CCP, expect to meet several CCPers in the process who will assess your job related knowledge, team and cultural fit, and leadership skills (for leadership roles). They will also tell you all about CCP and the job you are applying for.

How we decide

There are a few things we do to make sure we´re hiring the right candidates for the role and CCP. We get feedback and debrief with everyone involved in the process. Sometimes we have tests; technical or/and personality tests, and other tasks or projects, all depending on the role. While involving CCPers in our process does take longer, we believe it´s worth it.
